Terms of Service — ReviewDirect
Last updated: [22/08/2026]
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reviewdirect.store (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
ReviewDirect ("we," "us," "our") operates reviewdirect.store.
2. What We Sell
ReviewDirect sells digital access to third-party supplier information for Google review NFC/QR tap cards. When you purchase, we email you a supplier access guide containing contact details, indicative pricing, minimum order quantity, and ordering instructions for a third-party supplier based in China.
We do not manufacture, ship, warehouse, or sell the physical cards ourselves. Production, pricing confirmation, payment, shipping, and quality of the physical product are handled entirely between you and the third-party supplier. We are not a party to that transaction.
3. No Guarantee of Third-Party Terms
Pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and availability stated in our supplier access guide are indicative and supplied for reference only. The supplier may change their terms at any time without notice to us. You are responsible for confirming all terms directly with the supplier before making any payment to them.
We do not guarantee the supplier will respond, honor indicative pricing, or fulfill any order. We are not liable for any loss, delay, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from your dealings with the supplier.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices on the Site are shown in GBP. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at the time of purchase. Your digital access guide is delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at [link to refund policy]. In summary: because access is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited to cases of non-delivery or billing error, not dissatisfaction with the third-party supplier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, and graphics — is owned by ReviewDirect or used with permission, except for supplier-provided product images, which remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our supplier access guide or Site content without permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or the supplier information provided for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to generating fake, incentivized, or paid reviews in violation of Google's review policies or applicable consumer protection law. You are solely responsible for how you use any product or service obtained through the supplier you contact.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewDirect's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us (not the amount paid to the third-party supplier). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
